November 26, 2010
We had to get up at 4am this morning to get ready and get out the door for our 6:50am flight. We didn't know what to expect at the airport for security because Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix is an international airport. We were shocked that there were no lines and no waiting at the Southwest ticket counter OR the security gates. We had some breakfast, got some Starbucks (I only drink Starbucks during the holidays when they have their holiday flavor - white chocolate peppermint mocha) and started on our way. The flights went great again on the way home. We had a long layover, but the boys met another boy who had some toys and they all played together. It was bummed to be missing Black Friday, although there wasn't anything I really needed. But I did stop at The Body Shop in the airport and they were having a sale so I got three body butters for $30! Normally that would have been $60! We let the boys sit together and before we even took off Nicholas had fallen asleep. Nathan fell asleep shortly after take-off and they had a nice nap to hold them over. The second we walked in the door of our house they asked if we could start decorating for Christmas!
