The weatherman is calling for a little more snow and freezing rain tonight so they are urging people to clean the snow off their roof. If too much snow piles up then the added weight of ice on top could result in roofs collapsing. Chris decided that he should shovel off the roof on our shed this afternoon and when the boys saw him up there they wanted to get on the roof too. And that of course led to....
Sledding off the roof! They had a really difficult time getting the sled to stay still long enough for them to sit on it and slide down, but once they did they thought it was totally awesome.
Of course I made sure Daddy reminded them to NEVER go on the roof if he wasn't there. But they had their fun and now they are back to snowmobiling until it's dinner time.

Sledding off the roof! Good thing it wasn't to big of a drop..hehe! Looks like they had fun!

It does look like they had a great time! My parents would have NEVER been that cool.
