I was making a cake for Dave's birthday today and Nicholas asked me if he could crack the eggs. Recently he's shown an interest in cracking the eggs when I'm baking. We watch the show Cake Boss together as a family and he tells us sometimes that when he grows up he's going to be a cake maker. He did a really good job too and didn't get any shells in the bowl. Of course right when he was finished he had to wash his hands. He doesn't like anything sticky on his hands.
