Now that school has started, Tyler no longer goes to First Start so Nicholas doesn’t get to see him much. We were so excited to be invited to his birthday party since he and Nicholas are such good friends, best friends really. First they jumped in the bounce house, but then Nicholas noticed the chips and snacks and wanted to take a break from bouncing.
All the kids went on a pumpkin hunt to find a pumpkin in the yard. Once they found one it was time to decorate it. Nicholas spent a lot of time drawing eyes and putting glitter on his pumpkin. His favorite part however was the ball he put on the stem! It took a lot of glue, but we finally made it stick.
There was a Spongebob piñata and once it was cracked open all the kids were on the candy! Nicholas took the leg off Spongebob and wanted to keep it. W
e know Tyler likes Lego’s so Nicholas got him this super cool Lego Star Wars ship. Did you notice the heart paper the gift was wrapped in? Nicholas said he chose that because “Tyler is my friend and I love him.”
