Annual Trip to Lake Sunapee

What visit from the cousins would be complete without a trip to Lake Sunapee? Unfortunately it was a little cool, only in the 70's today, but the kids still went in the water many times. There was lots of splashing and running into the water. 

The three older kids wanted to swim out to the line, but that was too far for Orion so they had to keep an eye on him. Nathan put him on his shoulders a couple times as they moved through the water.

Nathan set up the tent with chairs and Kiera went inside and started to move things around, but Nathan didn't like that so she set up her own fort outside. It turned into the library area. I found Nathan playing school in there with the boys. They had snack time, and story time. It was really quite cute.

The adults read and got some sun. And of course we all ate. Chris brought some lawn games. The kids played in the sand and frisbee was played also. Right before we left we took the kids to the playground. Brian and I even enjoyed some time on the swings. It was definitely a full day and we stayed until the park closed.
