A is for Apple

It was an absolutely gorgeous weekend and the last weekend Carter Hill Orchard was open for apple picking. This year we went wearing shorts!

We went on the tractor ride first to bring us to where the trees still had apples on them.

We had to lift the boys high up to get some of the apples and they loved being near the top of the trees. Apple picking is quite famishing work so we all had a little bite of an apple to keep our energy up!

Nicholas wanted to see the hawk observatory so he was rushing us. He brought his own camera and his own binoculars.

We put the camera in the apple bag so we wouldn't have to carry it in our hands and totally forgot it was in there when we weighed the apples during checkout! It was another successful apple picking trip and we got some great pictures.
